We just got an automatic pressure pot for Christmas. So far i am in love with it. I made a full 3 lb. beef roast the other day with veggies. It took about 40 minutes, and was tender and delicious, as if it had been sitting in a crock pot all day.
Any other Swampers use these and have a recipe to share?

I was given one of those pressure/slow cookers last Christmas...gotta tell ya, that sucker cooks! In particular, I have salvaged wild turkey legs and thighs . They make great turkey soup or a little thicker and some different veggies, turkey stew. I have discovered that some of the oldest, range-ist, deer meat can be tamed in one of those cookers. I haven't found any game meat that can't be made into some finger lickin' good eatin', just don't be afraid to experiment!
