damn, that was good!!!!!!! It was a variation, but basically the same. I had some elk tenderloin that I cut into strips. I put a little shredded cheese on top and and stuck it back in the oven after I took the picture. Didn't know if you put mushrooms in it, but decided mineasswell. A couple drops of Green Tabasco on top after serving. I almost ate the whole thing myself.
Thanks for the recipe JC.

Made it your way before and it was great,Shaws had the Rague garlic parmesan on sale for $1.00 a jar. The white sauce so I used that and added a jar of milk and chopped up zuchini and potatoes, onion just like your recipie and it was great.
Thank you JC. Finally got around to trying this recipe and it was a hit. I usually make enough supper so I have some to take to work for lunch the next day but my 9 and 5 year olds each had a big second helping so I guess I'm taking sandwiches tomorrow. They're alredy asking when we're having it again.

This recipe reminds me of tater tot casserole without the tater tots. I'm going to have to give it a try. Any time I can remove processed food from my diet it's a good thing.
